Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReviewsInt, operated by [Company Legal Name], a [Company Type] (“ReviewsInt,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

ReviewsInt is a review-aggregation and reputation-management dashboard that connects to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Google Play, and the App Store on your behalf, and provides AI-generated review intelligence.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is intended for one business.

ReviewsInt is offered on subscription plans described on our Pricing page, billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically on day 4.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method on file (card via Stripe, or UPI Autopay via Razorpay) will be charged automatically, until you cancel.

To cancel your subscription, email us at nikzin2203@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period (see Section 8).

All payments to ReviewsInt are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the Service. Your only recourse to stop future charges is to cancel your subscription as described in Section 7.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access or scrape connected platforms beyond its intended purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates Google's, Meta's, Apple's, or any connected platform's own terms of service
• Upload or transmit unlawful content through the Service

Your use of connected platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Google Play, App Store) remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service. ReviewsInt is not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies, or changes to their APIs.

ReviewsInt owns the Service and its underlying software. You retain ownership of your business data and the reviews synced into your account.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data from connected platforms will always be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewsInt's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify ReviewsInt against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Section 8 (No Refunds) survives termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law / Jurisdiction].

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
