Account and business information. When you register, we collect your business name, email address, a hashed password, and your country.

Connected review-platform data. When you connect a review platform, we request access via that platform's own OAuth/API and store the resulting access credentials along with the review content and ratings we sync on your behalf. Platforms we integrate with:

• Google Business Profile (Google OAuth and Business Profile APIs)
• Facebook (Meta Graph API)
• Google Play (Google Play Developer API)
• Apple App Store (App Store Connect API)

Payment information. Payments are processed directly by Stripe and Razorpay. ReviewsInt does not collect or store your raw card number, bank account, or UPI credentials — we retain only the subscription and billing-status references those processors return to us.

AI processing input. Review text and aggregated review statistics may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate sentiment tags, theme summaries, and draft replies.

• To maintain the security and reliability of the Service

The Service is hosted on Vercel, and application data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon. Data resides on this infrastructure for as long as it is needed to provide the Service.

We share data with the following categories of service providers as needed to operate the Service:

• Google — Business Profile and Play Store integrations, sign-in
• Meta (Facebook) — Graph API review data
• Apple — App Store Connect API review data
• Stripe and Razorpay — payment processing and subscription billing
• Anthropic — AI-generated review summaries, theme tagging, and reply drafts
• Vercel and Neon — application hosting and database storage

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.

We retain your account and review data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

The Service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18.

We serve businesses both in India and internationally, and several of our service providers (including Anthropic, Stripe, and Vercel) are based outside India. As a result, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
